Digital shop floor management is the daily leadership routine of production on a shared digital board: KPIs, deviations and countermeasures in one place. Every deviation gets a root cause, an owner and a countermeasure with a due date. It is closed only when the KPI shows that the countermeasure works. Whatever a team cannot solve on its own escalates through fixed levels up to plant management and comes back with a decision. That closes the loop, and nothing gets lost between shifts, departments and levels.

Yes. Your categories, KPIs and definitions stay exactly as your teams know them. During implementation, we rebuild your boards with the team board template editor, so they can be rolled out quickly and consistently to more teams, lines and plants. Single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID makes user management especially easy.

Yes, through the ValueStreamer REST API. It connects MES, ERP systems such as SAP and other sources, so KPIs land on the board automatically instead of being typed in. Data from Excel can come in via Power Automate, for example.

For a single board, that works. It gets expensive after that: the loop from a deviation to a countermeasure that works, escalation across several levels, templates for all teams and plants, permissions, updates and support. All of that stays with your IT. In ValueStreamer, it is standard and gets configured, not programmed. And it fits your Microsoft environment: sign-in via Entra ID, Excel data via Power Automate.

Nothing special. ValueStreamer runs in the browser on any device, down to a tablet. For the meeting at the board, a large screen is enough: some customers use an interactive display like the Samsung Flip with a built-in browser, others a small PC behind the screen or, for security reasons, only a screen-casting device. A touchscreen is handy for navigating the board during the meeting, but not a must. Shift leads prepare the meeting at their desk, and employees use a terminal in their area where one is available.

On Microsoft Azure in the EU, with a separate instance and database for every company. Alternatively, you can run ValueStreamer on-premises in your own data center. ValueStreamer is built to manage processes, not to evaluate individual people. For individuals, ValueStreamer stores name, business email address, team and role, plus the assignment of tasks, countermeasures and comments. The per-person workload view can be switched off, and the Data Protection+ add-on anonymizes master and transaction data automatically. It is best to involve your works council early: we provide it with an overview of the data collected.
