Does our IT need to be there?
No. Not for the demo. For a later pilot we bring in your IT, but with a concrete setup instead of an open question. (Of course, nobody should feel uninvited.)
Do we need real production data?
No. Sample values are enough to rebuild your structure.
What about data protection and the works council?
Hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant, on-premises on request. For the works council, we provide an overview of the data collected as soon as a pilot is on the table.
We already have a shop floor board.
Good. Then the demo isn't about the board but about what a whiteboard can't do: comparing sites, automatic escalation, history.
How much does ValueStreamer cost?
Pricing is per team, not per user. The base package includes the first 10 teams with up to 10 users per team, plus hosting, updates, support and the REST API. So you can start small, for example with one line, and add teams once the routine holds. You'll get a reliable number in the demo, once we know your structure.
What happens after the demo?
Either nothing, or a sandbox for one line. There is nothing in between that you would have to sign.
Who should join from our side?
Someone from production management or OPEX. If possible, also the person who maintains the KPIs today.
We're not that far yet.
Then we'll tell you in minute 27. We have no interest in a pilot that fails.

Is this even a fit for us?
ValueStreamer pays off from about 50 to 100 people in production. Below that, a whiteboard usually serves you better, and we'd rather tell you now than after two meetings.
