The “Top 3 Deviations” KPI shows the three deviation categories with the highest total duration (in minutes) within the selected team or team area. The aim is to make the most critical ongoing problem areas visible at a glance and to support the prioritization of corrective actions in daily operations.

✅ What does the KPI show?
The “Top 3 Deviations” tile visualizes the three deviation categories with the longest total duration (open actions, in minutes) within a team.
The goal is to provide transparency on the largest active problem areas, based on measurable time values, and to support teams in prioritizing improvement actions effectively.

The three categories with the highest total duration are selected

The values are displayed in a bar chart - 
X-axis: Deviation categories

What counts toward the duration?
→ Duration is based on the recorded time values in each deviation.
Why are no values shown?
→ At least three open deviations with assigned categories and time values are required for the chart to be displayed.
Can I filter by time range or status?
→ Currently, only open deviations are considered. Additional filters are not available.
