| System Administrator | 🔧 Full system access: manage users, teams, metrics, and lists 📂 Access to all teams, including private teams |
| Cascade Admin | 🧭 User and team management within assigned cascades 📂 Access limited to assigned cascades and teams 🚫 No global permissions or visibility outside assigned areas |
| User | 📖 Read access to public teams ✍️ Edit access within own teams 🚫 No read or write access to private teams unless the user is a member |
| External | 📖 Read access to teams where the user is a member ✍️ Edit access to teams where the user is a member 🚫 No read or write access to any other teams |
ℹ️ Note: Cascade Admins only have visibility and editing rights for their assigned cascades. Outside these teams, they behave like regular users.

→ No, only to the teams they are assigned to.
