๐ List Editor 2.0
The List Editor has been fundamentally redesigned and is now based on the new Design System 2.0. Users benefit from a more modern interface and significantly more flexibility when working with lists.
Features at a glance:
- Views configurable individually per team & list โ sorting, filtering, and column display can be saved permanently
- Extended filter and sort functions directly in the list view (incl. multiple filters and multiple sorting)
- Show/hide columns, adjust their width, and pin them
- Select multiple entries at once and archive them as done via "Complete"
- More than 10 columns/field types per list possible

โน๏ธ Note: The initial default configurations are carried over from the existing List Editor and can then be adjusted per team.
โน๏ธ Note: Saving a view is reserved for the roles Team Admin, Cascade Admin (for authorized cascades), and System Admin. For all other roles, the function is hidden.
โจ Tip: With the new multi-select feature, multiple list entries can be marked as done in a single step โ ideal for post-meeting follow-up.

๐ Aggregation of KPI values โ now also in the monthly interval
Until now, KPI values could only be aggregated in the day and week intervals. With version 26.2, the aggregation logic (sum / average) is now also available for KPIs with the input interval "month".
Features at a glance:
- The "Aggregation logic" dropdown (sum / average) is now also available for monthly KPIs
- Switch between sum and average directly via the toggle in the header of the detail view
- The values in the left legend area (ฮฃ Target / ฮฃ Actual) are correctly recalculated according to the selected aggregation logic

โน๏ธ Note: If the "Legend values & average lines" switch is deactivated, no toggle is shown in the header; the aggregation logic then does not take effect.
๐ค Extension of the CORE list export
When exporting, users can now choose whether the content of the description field should be exported as well. Previously, this free-text content was not taken into account.
Affected lists: Tasks, Processes, Deviations & Measures (excluding A3 Reports)
โน๏ธ Note: Images and tables within the description field are not taken into account in the export.

๐ Extension of the KPI CSV export with forecast values
The CSV export of KPI values has been extended: if forecast actual values are recorded for a KPI, these are now additionally included in the export.
Features at a glance:
- Forecast actual values and forecast results are output as separate columns in the export file
- The column labels appear in the respective selected language

๐ก๏ธ Cascade Admin extension (v1.1)
With version 26.2, the Cascade Admin can manage users much more independently โ without having to involve a global System Administrator. All administration rights apply exclusively within the cascades for which the Cascade Admin is authorized.
Features at a glance:
- Create users independently: The Cascade Admin can create standard and external users on their own. In the "Role (global)" field, the entries "None" and "External" are available.
- Assign home team & memberships in a targeted way: In the "Home team" and "Memberships" dropdowns, only the teams for which the Cascade Admin is authorized are offered.
- Clear protection boundaries: Users outside the authorized cascades as well as System Administrators are read-only for the Cascade Admin and cannot be activated, deactivated, deleted, or reset. Export remains possible in these cases.
- Directly responsible for home team requests (only with SCIM): Requests for home team assignment are now automatically sent to the responsible Cascade Admin (instead of to all System Administrators). The Cascade Admin only sees the requests for their authorized teams.
- Traceability: Role changes to or from "Admin (Cascade)" are documented in the user profile under "Last role change".
โน๏ธ Note: System Administrators retain unrestricted access to all users and teams. The restrictions apply exclusively to the "Admin (Cascade)" role.

๐๏ธ Shutdown of List API v1 and Deviation API v2
๐ญ Outlook: Planned changes in VS 26.2
With version 26.2, List API v1 and Deviation API v2 will be shut down. From this release onward, only List API v2 and Deviation API v3 are valid.
โ ๏ธ Caution: Customers who control lists via the API and are still using v1 must migrate their integration to v2 before this update.
