The focus mode enables a simplified, attention-grabbing display of KPI tiles on the team board. The goal is to clearly highlight important KPIs and reduce visual distraction – especially useful for meetings or management-relevant KPIs.

🔎 What is focus mode?
Focus mode offers a reduced and clean layout of individual KPI tiles on the team board while emphasizing KPI values. This improves readability and reduces distraction during meetings or when viewing management-relevant KPIs.
The goal is to make it easier to grasp key information without sacrificing essential KPI content.
⏱️ When is focus mode displayed?
Whether a KPI is shown in focus mode depends on two factors:

⚖️ Activation requirements
The “Focus mode” toggle in the KPI Editor is only available if the following conditions are met:

X-axis format = Date

Either a single actual value or multiple calculated actual values
If these conditions are not met, the toggle is disabled. A tooltip explains why activation is not possible.

In Step 3 of the KPI Editor, the “Focus mode” toggle appears (below “Dynamic coloring”).
