❓ FAQ
How do I create a new process activity?
Click + New in the upper-right corner of the process or list board and fill in at least the title and the end date of the final phase.
Why don’t I see any sub-processes or tasks?
They appear only after the process card has been saved once.
Can I clone processes?
Yes. Open a non-archived card (status Done or earlier), choose … → Clone, and adjust the required fields — especially the End (Planned) dates.
What happens to completed cards?
Drag the card to the Done column. After archiving, it remains available in the list view under Closed (read-only).
