Navigation & Editing

  1. Click a card to enter focus mode.

  2. Edit the tabs Basic Data, Tasks, Sub-processes, Checklists, Templates, Deviations, etc.

  3. Save changes with Apply changes.

⚠️ Warning: Archived process cards cannot be cloned. Ensure you won’t need to duplicate the card before archiving.
⚠️ Warning: Only team members with write permissions can create or edit process activities.

Status Indicators, Filters & Sorting

  • Status colors: Red → critical / overdue · Yellow → in progress · Green → on track.

  • Quick filters (header): Priority, Overdue, Status, Label, Team Members, etc.

  • Temporary sorting: Due Date, Priority, Status, Progress, Manual.

Tip: Combine quick filters and sorting to identify bottlenecks quickly.

✨ Tips & Best Practices

  • Use color codes and filters strategically to maintain oversight on large boards.

  • Phase-appropriate assignment: Link tasks to the correct phase as early as possible so responsibilities are transparent.

  • Choose descriptive titles, e.g., “Quote Approval – Customer XY” instead of “Quote.”

❓ FAQ

How do I create a new process activity?
Click + New in the upper-right corner of the process or list board and fill in at least the title and the end date of the final phase.

Why don’t I see any sub-processes or tasks?
They appear only after the process card has been saved once.

Can I clone processes?
Yes. Open a non-archived card (status Done or earlier), choose … → Clone, and adjust the required fields — especially the End (Planned) dates.

What happens to completed cards?
Drag the card to the Done column. After archiving, it remains available in the list view under Closed (read-only).
