🛠️ How it works
The hit rate is automatically calculated once a takt is closed.

📥 Requirements

  • The “✅ Close Takt” button must be used (column: Current Takt).

  • The task must have been planned at the start of the takt.

📐 Calculation formula
Hit rate (%) =
(Number of completed planned tasks / Total number of planned tasks) × 100

📌 Tasks added after the takt started do not count toward the hit rate.

ℹ️ Info

  • 📊 The hit rate is updated after each takt closure.

  • 📍 It appears in the overview board under the KPI tile “📈 Hit Rate.”

  • 📦 Tasks in storage or in “⏭️ Next Takt” are not included.

  • ❌ Incomplete tasks reduce the hit rate.

Tips & Best Practices

  • 📆 Close the takt regularly—for example, daily or weekly in team meetings.

  • 🧠 Use the hit rate for reflection: Was the planning realistic? Are resources missing?

  • 🔀 Combine with the “Disruption Rate” KPI to identify spontaneous tasks.
