📉 Delete KPI Values Using Postman (Example: Machine Downtime on 2025-10-19)

1. Retrieve All KPIs via API

GET https://api-Tenant.valuestreamer.de/api/exchange/kpi/

2. View KPI Details

GET https://api-Tenant.valuestreamer.de/api/exchange/kpi/888fa6ec-4f58-4518-8568-a0b33aa1d84c

This request returns detailed information, including the associated teams.

3. Identify the Target Team ID

4. Delete Specific Value

Use the following endpoint to delete a specific KPI value:

Where:

  • {date}: Date in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g. 2025-10-19 for a daily KPI)

  • {team-id}: Team ID (e.g. fa9089f3-2bef-4750-8226-40a8ca12b7cd for S_Endmontage)

  • {kpi-id}: KPI ID (e.g. 888fa6ec-4f58-4518-8568-a0b33aa1d84c for "Machine failure > 2 h")

✅ If successful, the API will return a 200 OK and the value will be deleted.

⚠️ Warning: Deletions cannot be undone. Make sure all IDs and the date are correct.

5. Delete Value for Sub-KPIs

If the KPI uses sub-tiles (e.g. shift data like Early/Late/Night), an additional sub-tile ID is required. The DELETE endpoint is extended as follows:
