The ability to export lists from ValueStreamer depends directly on the assigned user role.
Export permissions by role
System Administrator
✅ Can export lists from all teams.
No restrictions regarding team membership.
Admin (Cascade)
✅ Can only export lists in the team for which they are assigned as an admin.
ℹ️ Note: A cascade typically includes several related teams.
No Global Role (Standard User)
✅ Can only export lists in teams where they are assigned as a team member.
⚠️ Caution: Without team membership, exporting is not possible.
External
✅ Can only export lists in teams to which they have been explicitly added.
⚠️ Caution: External roles have heavily restricted access rights, but export is allowed within assigned teams.

Who is allowed to export a list as CSV or Excel file?
Only users with export permissions according to their role: System Administrators, Cascade Admins (in assigned teams), Standard Users (in their own teams), and External users (in assigned teams).
Why don’t I see an export button on a list?
Check if you are assigned to the relevant team. Without team membership, export is not possible.
Can external users export lists?
