🛠️ How it works
🔧 Open Team Management
Navigate to the homepage and click the gear icon next to the desired team name.
🧭 Select the “Available KPIs” tab
In Team Management, go to the Available KPIs tab.
➕ Add KPI
Click the plus icon in the top right to add a new KPI.

✅ Select KPI template
Choose one or more KPIs from the list provided by the system administrator.
ℹ️ Note: You can only choose from approved templates.
💾 Save and close
Confirm your selection with "Save and Close".
👥 Permission note:
Only team administrators and system administrators can assign KPIs to teams.
📊 Aggregation & Sub-Tiles

If you select a KPI template with aggregation enabled, you can then create sub-tiles (e.g., Early / Late / Night shift).

If aggregation is not allowed, the sub-tile function will appear deactivated.

📌 Search with focus: Use filter options when adding KPIs to quickly find by category or KPI type.
💡 Detailed analysis: Use sub-tiles to break down KPIs by shifts, lines, or locations.
📝 Clear naming: Name sub-tiles clearly and logically — e.g., Early Shift, Night Shift.
📈 Use for status displays: Even single actual KPIs (without aggregation) can be used for status indicators or simple visualizations.

Who can add KPIs?
→ Only team administrators and system administrators with the appropriate rights.
Can I create my own KPI templates?
→ No, this can only be done in system administration.
What is a sub-tile?
→ A subordinate KPI unit, e.g., for shifts, lines, or locations. Used for KPI aggregation.
