Open the system settings via the āļø gear icon in the top right.

Navigate to User Management.

Find the desired user in the list.

Click the name to open the user profile.

Switch to the Password tab.

Enter a new password and confirm it in the second field.

Click Apply Changes to save the new password.
š” The user will be prompted to set a new password upon their next login.

Choose a temporary password thatās easy to remember (e.g., company reference + year). The user must change it immediately upon login.

If you select multiple users, the āReset Passwordā button will become active. All selected users will be prompted to change their password on next login.
