🛠️ How it works
Further development of the Safety Cross
New fields in the entry dialog
Additional fields are displayed in the dialog, e.g. to document deviation types. These directly affect aggregation and Faretto evaluation.

Configurable additional fields
Admins can now configure specific fields (text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes) to better reflect internal requirements.

✨ Tip: Use these fields to capture additional information such as causes of deviations in a standardized way.
New status dialog
The entry of a day is now separated from the status dialog. Clicking on a date opens an extended status dialog with color coding (red, yellow, green) and info if a measure is linked.

⚠️ Warning: The dialog has been completely rebuilt and may require user training.
Recording KPI values along the entire cascade
Activation in the KPI editor
The function “Record values along the cascade” can be activated for aggregated KPIs – also retroactively.

ℹ️ Note: Available only for KPIs with Aggregation = ON.
Recording of “contributions”
Higher levels can manually enter “contributions” to aggregated KPIs. These values flow into the aggregation logic accordingly.

Display of contributions
Teams can decide whether contributions should be displayed as a separate tile.

CSV export of KPI values
Export from detail view
An export button is now available directly in the KPI detail view. The export matches exactly what is visible – including period, granularity, and any linked deviations/measures.
📸 Screenshot: [Export dialog and button]
ℹ️ Note: Available by default to all team members. Permissions can be restricted via the “Data Protection +” add-on.
✨ Tip: Use the export for consolidated quarterly reports or external BI systems.
New role: System Administrator (Cascade)
For decentralized rollouts, a specific cascade admin can now be appointed – with limited, cascade-specific rights.
📸 Screenshot: [User profile with cascade roles]
Role distinction:
-
Sys-Admin: Global system rights
-
Cascade Admin: Rights within defined cascades
✨ Tip: Ideal for large organizations with multiple sites or divisions.
Forecast actual values
Recording and editing forecast actual values
Forecast values can be recorded for future periods and later converted into actual values. A visual marker in the entry dialog shows where forecasts are active.
📸 Screenshot: [Edit view with yellow/blue marker]
ℹ️ Note:
-
Yellow: Value can be converted
-
Blue: Value is in the future and cannot yet be converted
Prompt when saving
When saving, the system automatically checks if forecast values are ready for conversion. Users receive an option:
-
Yes: Forecast value is converted into an actual value
-
No: Forecast remains unchanged
📸 Screenshot: [Dialog “Convert forecast value?”]
Visual distinction
In the chart view, forecast values are clearly distinguishable from actual values via different bar styles.

🌐 New language: Vietnamese
The ValueStreamer interface is now also available in Vietnamese, simplifying international use – especially for production sites in Southeast Asia.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Several bug fixes were implemented in this release to improve stability and usability.
🔎 Preview of Release 25.3
⚠️ Warning: The following functions are under development and not part of Version 25.2. They are provided for early orientation and roadmap transparency.

Teams can individually decide whether tiles should be displayed in “focus mode.”
Visual highlighting of outdated KPI data
Improves clarity when working with many tiles.

T-Card Board enhancements
-
Confirmed T-Cards now show a green “T” in the middle of the card
-
Temporary column “Overdue” automatically appears if cards exceed the set time frame

ℹ️ Note: The display of the column can be disabled if not needed.
