✅ Activate ReKo Attendance

Open Team Management via the blue gear icon.
Navigate to the Available Lists tab.
Choose your preferred variant:
- ReKo Attendance (Day)
- ReKo Attendance (Week)
Click Save and Close – the list is now active for your team.

⚠️ Important:

📝 Record Attendance

Open the ReKo Attendance list from the team overview.
Click the “+” icon in the desired calendar week or daily grid.
Select the status for each team member:
- ✅ Present
- ❌ Absent
- ⭕ Excused

💡 Notes:

Team members marked absent in their profile (e.g., vacation) are automatically labeled as Excused (grey circle).
Members are listed alphabetically by first name.
By default, the last two entries (days or calendar weeks) are displayed.

🔄 Switch between Daily & Weekly View

⚠️ Note:
Both variants cannot be active at the same time.
