đź’¬ Why is this topic important?
Your memberships determine which content you can access – such as team boards, tasks, or KPIs. Your specific team role also defines whether you can only view content or also edit it.

To open your team overview:

📸 Screenshot: “Memberships” tab in the user profile

2. What does the overview show?
In the overview, you will see:
âś… All teams you are currently a member of
👤 Your respective team role (e.g., Team Member, Team Administrator, Guest)
🏠 Your home team, marked with a ✔ symbol

ℹ️ Info: Being a member of a team also determines your visibility and rights in boards, KPIs, and process activities.

3. Who can change memberships?
You cannot edit your team memberships directly yourself.

Authorized roles for management:

Role Permission
🛠️ Team Administrator Can add or remove you from their own team
⚙️ System Administrator Can manage across teams – e.g., for role changes or team assignments

⚠️ Warning: Changes to memberships take effect immediately.
