⚙️ What can be configured?

  • You can activate both core templates (system-wide) and tenant-specific templates.

  • Multiple KPIs can be added at once.

  • Aggregated KPIs and KPIs with sub-tiles are marked in the overview.

ℹ️ Notes

  • Only Team Administrators can add or remove templates for their team.

  • Team Administrators can only select KPI and list templates already created by a System Administrator.

  • Deleted templates are not permanently deleted—only hidden.

  • KPI values and list entries remain even if templates are removed.

  • Required fields such as name or type must be correctly filled in; otherwise, the Save button will remain inactive.

  • KPIs and lists selected here are not automatically visible in a team’s view. You must also activate them in one of the team’s views afterward.

✨ Tips & Best Practices

đź’ˇ Best Practice:
Keep your overview lean and relevant. Only activate the KPIs and lists your team truly needs.

⚠️ Warning:
Removing a template may affect linked top topics, actions, or Go & See entries.

📌 Tip:
Mark tenant-specific templates in the name (e.g., Hitrate [DE])—this makes them easier to find later.
