🌍 Manage Active Languages

In the language list, you can:

➕ Add new languages
🗑️ Delete languages – except English (cannot be removed)
🔼🔽 Adjust the order in which languages appear in multilingual input fields

ℹ️ Note:
English is permanently embedded as the default system language and cannot be deleted.

ℹ️ Additional Notes

🧩 Activate new languages:
Additional languages must be requested from the sales team – they are not available by default.

When clicking Add Language, the message appears:
"Add more languages to support global rollout in specific local languages. Please contact our sales team at info@valuestreamer.de."

👨‍💼 Permissions:
Only system administrators have access to this area.

Tips & Best Practices

💡 Best Practice:
Activate only the languages your company actually uses – this saves maintenance work and avoids unnecessary translation efforts.

⚠️ Warning:
Language settings apply tenant-wide. Changes affect all users of the tenant.

Tip:
Place the most important languages at the top of the list – this makes it easier to select them in multilingual fields and forms.
