  1. Navigate to the "Enter KPI Values" tile.

  2. Enter the actual value (Ist-Wert).

  3. If the target value (Soll-Wert) is exceeded or not reached, the "Deviation" button will appear automatically.

  1. Click on the "Deviation" button.

  2. The actual value will be carried over into the dialog.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

    • Title: What happened?

    • Category: e.g., Error, Problem

    • Description

  4. Click "Create".

  1. Navigate to KPIs and open the desired KPI.

  2. Click on "Deviation Management +" in the top-right corner.

  3. Select the time period and KPI values for which you want to create a deviation.

  4. Fill out the deviation form as usual.

  1. After saving, you will be prompted: "Link an action?"

  2. Choose between:

    • ๐Ÿ”ง PDCA Action (Cause known โ€“ direct action)

    • ๐Ÿ“„ A3 Report (Cause unknown โ€“ structured problem analysis)

  3. Add:

    • Team

    • Responsible person

    • Due date

    • Optional: Additional tasks or info teams

  • Open the action from the action list.

  • Change the progress to "Act".

  • Click "Save and close".
