🛠️ How it works

📌 Create a new deviation

  • Click the ➕ “Create Deviation” button.

Possible places to create one:

  • Directly on a KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

  • On a task

  • Within a project

  • Directly in the deviations list

📝 Enter title, category, and description

  • Select an appropriate category.

  • Enter a clear description: What happened?

📍 Track the location of the deviation

  • The deviation can be found in the deviations list or directly via the linked element.

✏️ Edit a deviation

  • Click the deviation to open focus or edit mode.

  • You can now adjust the content or directly link actions.

ℹ️ Info

  • 🔐 Only team members with write permissions can create or edit deviations.

  • 📊 Deviations can be analyzed in the Pareto chart (by frequency or duration).

  • 🔄 You can merge multiple deviations → function: Merge.

  • 📁 Actions are assigned directly to the deviation.
