❓ FAQ
What is the difference between actual and target value?
The actual value shows the current adherence to schedules in the selected period. The target value is a goal, e.g. 80%, that your team wants to achieve.
Why is the line sometimes blue?
Blue means: No tasks were completed on that day. The line continues for better orientation.
Can I adjust the period?
Yes, in the Admin area under KPIs → Adherence to Schedules you can set the period X (e.g. 10 days).
What happens if I deactivate the sub-tiles?
Only the overall view of the process board will be shown – without detailed display per phase.
