Where can I find the KPI?

The KPI Adherence to Schedules is automatically created when a new process board is set up. It is visible:

  • In Team Administration under Available KPIs

  • In the view layout (small or medium tile)

  • In the detail view with or without sub-tiles per phase

✨ Tip: If your board has multiple phases, you can also display adherence per phase.

Display and colors

  • Green line + area: Actual value ≥ Target value → Goal achieved

  • Red line + area: Actual value < Target value → Goal missed

  • Blue line: No tasks were completed (for easier distinction)

  • Legend: Shows current actual value and target value (e.g. 85% vs. 80%)

ℹ️ Info: The global target value (default: 80%) can be adjusted in the Admin area.

Calculation logic

Per task

  • Completed on time → 100%

  • Completed late → 0%

  • No planned end date → ignored

Overall calculation

  • Average of all completed tasks in the period

  • Only completed tasks with valid planned and actual end dates are counted

Rolling period

  • The KPI uses a configurable time period (e.g. last 10 days)

  • This value can be changed in the Admin area (1–30 days)

✨ Tip: The larger the period X, the smoother the curve will appear.

Status rule

  • Red, if Actual < Target

  • Optional: Red if at least one phase is red in detail view (can be activated in Admin area)

❓ FAQ

What is the difference between actual and target value?
The actual value shows the current adherence to schedules in the selected period. The target value is a goal, e.g. 80%, that your team wants to achieve.

Why is the line sometimes blue?
Blue means: No tasks were completed on that day. The line continues for better orientation.

Can I adjust the period?
Yes, in the Admin area under KPIs → Adherence to Schedules you can set the period X (e.g. 10 days).

What happens if I deactivate the sub-tiles?
Only the overall view of the process board will be shown – without detailed display per phase.
