⚖️ Distinguish between KPI types:

  • 🧠 Core KPIs

    • Calculated by the system

    • Not editable (not even by Team or System Admins)

    • Examples: CFD (Cumulative Flow Diagram), On-time Delivery, Disruption Rate

    • ⚠️ Caution: Core KPIs are embedded in the system logic and cannot be changed.

  • ✍️ Client-specific KPIs

    • Editable by authorized users (e.g. Team Admins)

    • Input directly via the KPI tile in the team board or in the detail view

    • ℹ️ Note: These KPIs are suitable for individual control, e.g. internal audit results or feedback rates.

  • Actual and target values can be changed at any time

  • Regular maintenance recommended to avoid data gaps
