Subsequent changes to phases are possible if, for example, a workflow changes or certain phases are no longer needed.
📌 Editing phases – step by step
⚙️ Open the board settings

Click the small arrow next to the process board name.

Select “Settings.”

In the “General” tab, you will find the list of phases.

🗑️ to delete (only possible if no cards are currently active in the phase).
