ℹ️ Important Note:
The deviation and action lists are fixed components of the system and are always located under the "Deviation Management" tab.
They cannot be removed, hidden, or structurally modified.
The configuration of these lists is entirely system-controlled – they are automatically available to every team.
📌 Create a New Deviation

Navigate to the desired team and open the Deviations tab.

Click the “+” icon in the upper-right corner to create a new deviation.

Fill in the required fields such as title, description, and category.

Save the entry.
🛠️ Assign Actions (PDCA)

Open the desired deviation (focus mode).

Switch to the Actions tab.

Enter the details (title, progress, responsible person).

Only team administrators can configure the view.
You can define default views such as the action list, deviation list, or Pareto charts.

✅ Status Management: Use the “Closed” status as a clear completion signal.

Can I hide the deviation or action list?
→ No, these lists are permanently integrated into the system and cannot be hidden.
What is the difference between an error and a problem?
→ Error: The solution is already known.
→ Problem: The solution is unknown and must be developed, e.g., using the A3 methodology.
What data can I see in the Pareto chart?
→ You can toggle between frequency and duration. The most important categories are highlighted in color.
