🛠️ How it works
The ValueStreamer user interface is clearly organized, enabling a quick start into daily work processes.

🖥️ 1. Start Screen
After logging in, you will see your personal homepage.

📌 Here you’ll find:

  • Your favorite teams as quick access at the top

  • Assigned process activities, tasks, and actions with status (active, overdue, cascaded)

  • A search bar in the top right for quick navigation

  • Your user profile in the top right

  • ⚙️ Gear icon for access to system administration (only for system administrators)

🧭 2. Main Navigation – Search Bar and Cascade Navigator
From the search bar on the start page, you can navigate directly to a team. The Cascade Navigator supports orientation within the team structure.

✨ Tip: Use the search bar to quickly switch between teams without manually going through the navigation.

🧩 3. Task Board – How the Workspace is Structured
The task board is the central workspace for operational team collaboration.

  • Uniform board structure in all teams

  • Only relevant tasks for the respective team member are displayed

đź“Ś Information on task cards:

  • Title and description

  • Responsible person (profile picture or initials)

  • Effort, due date, and status

  • Linked IDs (e.g., customer or QM numbers)

đź“Ś Board layout and functions:

  • Column structure, e.g.:

    • Backlog

    • Next Week

    • Current Week

    • Done

  • Tasks are displayed directly for the assigned team members

  • Filter and view options to sort by status, priority, or assignee

How do I access my tasks?
→ From the start page under “My Tasks” or directly in the task board of the respective team.

Is there a mobile version of the interface?
→ No, ValueStreamer is optimized for use on desktop or large screens. A mobile version is currently not available.
