⚙️ What can be configured?
Element | Description |
---|---|
Layout | Type of view (list, KPI, board, etc.) |
Name | Display name in the team board header |
Order | Controls the order in the tab header |
Actions | Delete or sort the view |
🔁 Changes to names or order are applied immediately when saved.
ℹ️ The “Overview” view is always first and cannot be moved or deleted.
ℹ️ “Task Board” and “Deviation Management” are fixed standard views. They can be renamed and moved but not deleted.
✨ Tips & Best Practices
💡 Best Practice: Use self-explanatory names like Delivery Status or Audit KPIs to help your team navigate easily.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting a view only hides the tab—related data remains intact.
Exception: Data from a deleted process board is permanently removed.
🧩 Process board tip: Create new process boards with a clear phase structure and use templates when needed (e.g., Audit or Onboarding).
