💬 Why is this topic important?
The user profile is your personal hub for managing your data in ValueStreamer.
Here you manage key settings such as your name, language, home team, or time zone.

✨ Tip: Keeping your user profile up to date improves team collaboration and enhances the user experience.

✅ Requirements

  • You are logged into ValueStreamer

  • You have access to your user profile via the icon in the top right

🛠️ How it works

1. Open User Profile

  • Click your profile picture or initials in the top right

  • Select User Profile from the dropdown menu

2. Edit Profile
In the Profile tab, you can edit the following information:

  • First & last name

  • Email address

  • Job title

  • Home team

  • Available capacity & capacity reserve

  • Language & time zone

ℹ️ Info: The home team is assigned by the system administrator.

3. Change Password

  • Go to the Password tab

  • Enter your current password

  • Set and confirm a new password

📌 Requirements (depending on configuration):

  • Minimum length

  • Uppercase & lowercase letters

  • Numbers

  • Special characters

⚠️ Warning: Do not use easily guessable passwords – protect your account from unauthorized access.

4. View Memberships
In the Memberships tab, you can see:

  • All teams you are active in

  • Your role in each (e.g., Team Member, Team Administrator, Guest)

ℹ️ Info: A user can belong to multiple teams with different roles.

5. Adjust Display Settings
In the Display tab, you can customize your interface:

  • Enable high contrast mode (e.g., for accessibility)

  • Other display options

❓ FAQ

Can I change my profile picture?
→ Yes, click your profile picture or initials in the top right and select “User Profile.” You can upload or change your profile picture there.

What if I forget my password?
→ Use the “Forgot Password?” option on the login page to set a new password.
