The status of deviations and actions appears directly in KPI tiles through colored icons:
Symbol | Meaning |
---|---|
🔴 Red | Deviation recorded, no action logged |
🔵 Blue | At least one action exists for the deviation |
ℹ️ Note: Additional linked items (deviations, actions, Go & See, top topics) are shown in the right-hand pane—both in the single-KPI view and in the multi-KPI overview.
📥 Aggregation of Deviations & Actions
When KPIs are shared across teams, deviations and actions cascade automatically.
Example scenario:
The child team “Engine Line” reports a deviation and records an action.
This information is automatically displayed in the parent team “Assembly.”
In the higher-level team, it becomes instantly clear:
➡️ “A downstream area requires action.”
