This article shows you how to create top issues, Go & See, or feedback directly in the task board and link them to tasks—either via drag & drop or through the three-dot menu in the task card. This way, you can document relevant topics quickly and in a structured manner.

🛠️ How it works

🔁 Option 1: Via drag & drop in the task board

  1. Open the task board (ideally in the 🧭 Control View).

  2. In the header at the top, you’ll find the following icons:

    • 🔵 Deviation

    • 🔺 Top Issue

    • 👓 Go & See

    • ⏰ Feedback

  3. Drag the desired icon and drop it onto a task card.

  4. When released, the corresponding input form will open automatically.

  5. Enter all details and save with ✅ “Create.”

🧾 Option 2: Via the three-dot menu in the task card

  1. Open an existing 📋 task.

  2. In the task card, click the ⋮ three-dot menu in the top right corner.

  3. Select:

    • 🔺 Top Issue

    • 👓 Go & See

    • ⏰ Feedback

  4. The corresponding measure creation will open directly.

  5. Fill out the form (📝 Title, 🗒️ Description, optionally 🕒 Time information).

  6. Confirm with ✅ “Create” – the measure is now linked.

  • 🔗 A task can contain multiple measures.

  • 👁️ Linked elements are visible in the task card.

  • 🔐 Only users with the appropriate role can create measures (e.g., feedback).
