📋 Creating Deviations and Actions from Lists

This article explains how to record a deviation directly from an existing list entry (e.g., in the shift log) and link actions if required. It also describes how the status display works and how to find the deviation again in Deviation Management. Perfect for quickly reporting problems directly from within a list.

🛠️ How it works

📂 Open the list
Open the desired list.

📝 Select an entry
Click on an existing entry where a deviation has occurred.

Open the menu
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner of the entry.

Create a deviation
Select "Deviation" from the dropdown menu.

✍️ Fill in the deviation details
Enter the required information:

  • 📝 Title

  • 📂 Category

  • 📄 Type of deviation

  • ⏱️ Duration

  • 🔁 Frequency

  • 📖 Description

💾 Save the deviation
Click "Create" – the deviation will now be linked to the list entry.

ℹ️ Notes:

  • Only team members with editing rights can create and edit deviations.

  • The list and the deviation module are fully linked – changes in one will reflect in the other.

Document actions immediately: Reduces follow-up questions and ensures complete problem documentation.

Use descriptive titles: Makes it easier to quickly find deviations again in the management module.
