🔎 Select the deviation

In the “Deviation Management” tab, navigate to the deviation for which you want to create an action.

In the opened deviation, click the “Actions” tab, then click “+ Action.”

📝 Fill in the PDCA action
Enter the details of your action:

Description

End date (planned)

Responsible person

Optional: “Inform team”
📌 Track progress (PDCA)

Use the progress wheel to document the status of the action:

Plan → Do → Check → Act
