This article explains how to mark entries in lists (e.g., Top Topics, Feedback) as “Completed” and thereby set the status to “Closed.” It also explains how to access closed entries.

📂 Open the list

  • Open the desired list, e.g., “Top Topics” or “Feedback.”

Select the entry

  • Click the entry you want to mark as “Completed.”

☑️ Set the “Completed” status

  • In the entry dialog, check the “Completed” checkbox.

💾 Save and close

  • Finish by clicking “Save and Close.”

  • The entry disappears from the “Active” tab and appears in the “Closed” tab.

  • Closed entries can no longer be edited. They are available in read-only mode.
