A secure password protects your account from unauthorized access. That’s why you should update it regularly and reset it quickly if lost.

⚠️ Warning: Never use simple or reused passwords for your ValueStreamer account.

🎱 Change Password in User Profile
If you are logged in, follow these steps:

1. Click your profile picture or initials in the top right

2. Select User Profile

3. Go to the Password tab

4. Enter your current password

5. Set a new password and confirm it

ℹ️ Info: The exact password requirements are shown in the form. Typical criteria include:
✅ Minimum number of characters
✅ Uppercase and lowercase letters
✅ At least one number
⬜ Special characters (depending on system configuration)

🔙 Reset Password if Access is Forgotten
If you can’t log in:

1. Open the login page (e.g., https://yourcompany.valuestreamer.de/login)

2. Click Forgot Password?

3. Enter your registered email address

4. Follow the link in the email you receive to set a new password
