Across locations SF rounds made it necessary to provide remote colleagues with a digital tool to enable them to participate in SF meetings via video conference with up-to-date and transparent process data.
After a pilot phase with various tools, the ValueStreamer® quickly proved to be the users' favorite. Simple operation and quick adaptation to the sometimes-different requirements of the individual SF rounds have convinced us to continue rolling out the ValueStreamer® quickly. Fortunately, it is the users who convince their colleagues of the practical possibilities of the Valuestreamer®. There was therefore little "persuasion" on the part of the management to switch to the new tool.
