PLAN, DO, CHECK, ACT
The PDCA cycle was first proposed by Walter Stewhart and later developed by William Deming.
It consists of four phases:
Plan – Planning phase
Do – Implementation phase
Check – Effectiveness test
Act – Standardization
The PDCA cycle is usually repeated in the sense of continuous improvement. In ValueStreamer you will find the icon as soon as you initiated the deviation management, guiding you through the entire process to be sure nothing was left behind.
